Osun APC threatens go well with over dissolution of statutory commissions

The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has faulted the dissolution of the statutory commissions through the State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, announcing the dissolution could be challenged in court docket.

Adeleke had on Monday announced the dissolution of the State Civil service fee, the Judicial service fee, the Osun State unbiased Electoral fee, and the Osun State house of assembly provider commission.

Reacting, Osun APC chairman, Mr. Tajudeen Lawal, in a press release acquired in Osogbo on Wednesday, referred to the dissolution of the tenured statutory commissions become a 'flagrant act of an illegality and crass exhibition of administrative lack of knowledge which won't see the easy of day.'

He talked about, "With this dissolution of the statutory commissions, Adeleke is making the state a laughing stock among the comity of states nationwide.

"Let it's usual that this shenanigan and an arrant screen of an act of lawlessness through Governor Adeleke and his co-travelers would now not be allowed to go unchallenged via prison ability.

"If Adeleke does not rescind the illegal resolution to dissolve the statutory commissions together with his obnoxious govt order, he may still be organized to face the song as Osun State is not a private business that can be run in line with the whims and caprices of an individual."
